The Dr. Joti Samra, R. Psych. & Associates team is pleased to bring back our self-care email challenges. These challenge emails come to your inbox every day, with each day focusing on a new self-care strategy. Our goal is that by the end of the challenge you've learned some strategies to improve your psychological health and resilience.   

We understand not everyone has the time or desire to complete the entire 21-days of challenges. So, we are pleased to also offer a shorter 10-day challenge as well! The 10-day Self-Care Challenge is perfect for those who have limited time, or who want a brief introduction to our challenges. 

Our Self-Care challenges focus on enhancing your psychological health and resilience by introducing you to evidence-based practices - such as mindfulness, gratitude, and CBT. 

We believe telling you what to do isn't enough - you should also know the "why". So, on every challenge, we include the rationale behind the challenge as well as a self-care tip.
